Are you looking to host a special celebration? Potter Worx Celebration Experience offers a creative, hands-on experience that everyone will love. Our fully facilitated, mobile ceramic painting sessions bring creativity to life in homes, halls, and local venues. Perfect for birthdays, creative meetups, or festive celebrations. Our workshops encourage imagination, laughter, and connection in a safe, welcoming environment. We transform private spaces, community halls, or party venues into temporary creative studios, supplying everything your little artists need — including a curated selection of pottery, vibrant paints, brushes, and protective materials — with friendly facilitators guiding the session every step of the way. No experience is needed — children can dive straight in and get creative, enjoying the process as much as the finished piece. Each child paints their own unique ceramic item, making something special to take home once it has been professionally glazed and kiln-fired. Suited to groups of 9-25 or more No maximum group limit but do get in touch through our contact form below if the group size is larger than 25. Price: £18 per painter Session Length: 1 hour and 30min (We will require 45 to 30 min prior to setup and the same time will be required for clearing up) Session Includes: * 1 standard bisque item per guest (e.g. mug, plate, figurine, ornament). * If you require specific themed pieces of pottery the price may vary slightly. Please have a look at our catalogue or add bespoke request in your order form so that we can get in touch. * 41 different underglaze paint colours, brushes, stencils, tape, and protective materials. * A facilitator * On-site event setup and post-event cleanup * Clear glazing of painted pottery followed by Kiln firing * Delivery of your pottery masterpieces back to the party host. Venue: As a mobile service, we come to you. The workshop will need to take place in a venue where the painters have a comfortable place to sit (either in a boardroom style or cafe style to accommodate larger groups).
Cancellation Policy
Potter Worx Ltd offers mobile pottery painting experiences at customer-nominated venues. All materials, including bisque pottery, paints, brushes, and tools, are provided, with post-event glazing and kiln firing included. Booking and Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking and there may be occasions for a large number of participants where a non-refundable 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your event date and allow for the ordering of bisque items. Balance Payment: If you have a large booking and a deposit was requested the remaining 50% is due no later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your event date. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the funds and written confirmation via email from Potter Worx. Minimum Booking Timeframe: Events must be booked at least 3 days in advance to ensure bisque ordering and availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling As preparation and materials are arranged in advance, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the booking cost. Unfortunately, events cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
