Service Description
Potter Worx provides fully facilitated, mobile pottery painting experiences designed specifically for corporate and professional audiences. We work in partnership with corporate events and individual companies running team-building programmes to deliver creative, wellbeing-focused sessions that are easy to integrate into a wider event programme. We transform office boardrooms, offsite venues, conference spaces, and hospitality settings into temporary creative studios, supplying all materials—including a curated range of bisque pottery, premium paints, brushes, and equipment—along with experienced facilitators who guide sessions in a calm, engaging, and inclusive way. Our workshops cater to all skill levels and are designed to support employee well-being objectives such as team connection, stress reduction, collaboration, and employee wellbeing. Participants paint their own unique pieces of pottery which they get to keep once it is has been glazed and kiln fired, providing them with a lasting reminder of the fun experience. Our standard packaged is suitable for 8 participants or more - There is No maximum group limit but do get in touch through our contact form below if the group size is larger than 25 Price: £25 to £45 per painter - depending on pottery selections and add-ons Session Length: 2 hours of painting time (Additional time on either side of that for our team to setup and clear-up) A Standard session Includes: 1 standard bisque item per guest (e.g. mug, plate, bowl, ornament), 41 different underglaze paint colours, brushes, stencils, tape, and protective materials. You will get a facilitator and on-site event setup and post-event cleanup - Clear glazing of painted pottery followed by Kiln firing and finally the delivery of your pottery masterpieces back to the company. Venue: As a mobile service, we come to you. The workshop will need to take place in a venue where the team members have a comfortable place to sit (either in a boardroom style or cafe style to accommodate larger groups).
Cancellation Policy
Potter Worx Ltd offers mobile pottery painting experiences at customer-nominated venues. All materials, including bisque pottery, paints, brushes, and tools, are provided, with post-event glazing and kiln firing included. Booking and Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking and there may be occasions for a large number of participants where a non-refundable 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your event date and allow for the ordering of bisque items. Balance Payment: If you have a large booking and a deposit was requested the remaining 50% is due no later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your event date. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the funds and written confirmation via email from Potter Worx. Minimum Booking Timeframe: Events must be booked at least 3 days in advance to ensure bisque ordering and availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling As preparation and materials are arranged in advance, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the booking cost. Unfortunately, events cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
