Whether you’re joining us for a social event or hosting your own, Tipsy Potter by PotterWorx offers a relaxed, creative night out with a difference. Tipsy Potter is a fully facilitated, mobile ceramic painting experience designed for social occasions. Perfect for nights out with friends, celebrations, date nights, or simply trying something new, our sessions bring creativity and connection together in a warm, welcoming environment. We transform private venues, pubs, bars, and cafés into temporary creative studios, providing everything needed for the experience — including a curated selection of pottery, premium paints, brushes, and materials — along with friendly facilitators who guide the session in an easy, engaging, and inclusive way. No experience is needed — Just good company, a little creativity, and a willingness to have fun. Enjoy a drink or a bite to eat as you get creative. Each guest paints their own unique ceramic piece, creating something personal in a relaxed and sociable setting, with a finished piece to look forward to once it has been professionally glazed and kiln-fired. Group Size Suitable for groups of 8–25 guests. Larger groups can be accommodated — please get in touch to discuss your plans. Cost per guest: £30–£45 per guest, depending on group size, optional extras and the chosen venue. Duration Approximately 2 hours of relaxed, guided creative time. We allow additional time before and after the session for seamless setup and pack-down. Events take place in relaxed, social settings such as pubs, bars, cafés, or private spaces — with comfortable seating to enjoy painting, drinks, food and conversation.
Cancellation Policy
Potter Worx Ltd offers mobile pottery painting experiences at customer-nominated venues. All materials, including bisque pottery, paints, brushes, and tools, are provided, with post-event glazing and kiln firing included. Booking and Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking and there may be occasions for a large number of participants where a non-refundable 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your event date and allow for the ordering of bisque items. Balance Payment: If you have a large booking and a deposit was requested the remaining 50% is due no later than 3 days (72 hours) prior to your event date. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the funds and written confirmation via email from Potter Worx. Minimum Booking Timeframe: Events must be booked at least 3 days in advance to ensure bisque ordering and availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling As preparation and materials are arranged in advance, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the booking cost. Unfortunately, events cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
